I have a necklace chain that has two sterling silver heart charms on it that overlap each other. Now they both have rub marks on them. How do I get the rub marks off and make them shiny again?

Polishing cloths are best and inexpensive option. "Sunshine" is the very best one (made in Japan) or you can use other brands as well. These clothes remove dirt, tarnish and fingerprints from the jewelry.

The number 925 is attached with sterling silver jeweler as the alloy has minimum millesimal fineness of 925.
